Liquid Logic makes perfect sense of a hectic world. This is a naturally processed Pink Bourbon varietal.

Oliverio Ruiz grows this exotic Pink Bourbon at his farm in Huila, and has enlisted the help of Sara Gutierrez to carry it home with her carbonic maceration processing finesse. 

Oliverio has traditionally grown his coffee without advanced processing knowledge or equipment. Sara has enabled him to differentiate his coffees by teaching him Carbonic Maceration.

Borrowed from the fermentation of wine, carbonic maceration has shown great results in enhancing the natural flavours found in his coffee, and paired with careful post harvesting, depulping and natural drying, make for a uniquely sweet cup of coffee that we're excited to be showcasing.
