When are subscriptions billed?

Subscriptions will be billed on Sundays. Let’s say you’ve purchased a weekly subscription –– you will be billed weekly on Sundays. Fortnightly subscription? You’re every second Sunday.


When are subscriptions shipped?

Subscriptions are sent out on Tuesdays, two days after being billed.


What about non-subscription products?

We dispatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed outside of these two magnificent days will be dispatched on the nearest and next Tuesday or Thursday.

Can coffee be too fresh?

It can! The general consensus is that coffee is best to drink a minimum of three days after roasting.


Can coffee go stale?

Seriously good question. The quality of your coffee is constantly changing. After 3 weeks, you’ll start to notice less intensity in the flavours you noticed after only 5 days. For the best craft coffee experience, we’d recommend finishing your coffee within 2 to 3 weeks of the roast date.


Why only South American coffees?

Ahh… thanks for noticing. We’re sticking to what we know best for the time being. We’re very familiar with coffees from South America, and we’ve visited many of the farms owned by the farmers we showcase. We’re still finding ourselves, so maybe we’ll dip into other origins like Africa one day, just not yet.
