All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. We do not take liability for any lost packages, you will need to contact the designated courier if you experience this.
- Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for coffee. Please make sure that you select the right grind size, packet size, and input your contact and delivery details correctly. If you do find that something is wrong with your order, please contact hello@coolhandcoffee.co within 30 days.
- Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you have ordered from us. You will have to manage a claim with the courier or postal service.
